Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process all orders in a timely manner. Most orders will be shipped or delivered within eight to twenty-four hours from the time the order is placed – minus backorders, if any, upon approved credit or verification of payment. Shipping costs will vary depending on what you are ordering, how many items you are ordering, and where your order is being shipped to. Shipping costs vary depending on the method of shipping selected at check-out. You can determine the cost of shipping your order simply by adding the desired products to your cart. It is crucial that you provide us with your accurate and complete shipping address (physical address), and a valid contact phone number. Shipping methods include: Standard Airmail and Registered airmail, provided with regular postal service registered airmail with delivery confirmation. You will receive a reference number, using which you may be able to track your order depending on the postal service of the country of destination (currently possible to track in: Brazil, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, USA). On average, please allow 10 (Europe) to 20 (South America) business days for delivery.
We also offer Express shipping courier service from all major providers. You will receive a tracking number, using which you will be able to track your order on respective courier website. On average, allow 2 (Europe, North America) to 5 (South America) business days for delivery.

Returns & Replacements
If our customer desires to return an item we ask that we are first contacted for a Return Authorization and an opportunity to resolve any issues the customer may have. The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. If the item has been used or damaged or the original packaging has been damaged, there will be 15% restocking fee. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping your product back to us. Ximpicube.com is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due return shipments. The customer is responsible for the costs to ship the product back to us. We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers shipment tracking. For replacements we will exchange for an item of same or equal quality depending on the availability of the item for replacement.
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including holidays and will be processed on the next regular business day. Please feel free to choose the items you desire to purchase. After you have added items to your shopping cart you may proceed to check out any time by clicking on the My Cart link at the top of the page or on the left of the page. You will then be guided through the checkout process including the submission of payment for your order. If there is any delay or cancellation of your order, you will receive a notification.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Ximpicube.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, and Paypal. By default all items are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Promotional pricing will be honored only for stock on hand and only through the final date of the promotional period. Pricing and promotions are subject to change at any time.
